Victor Vargas is a filmmaker currently residing in Burbank, California. He has made a multitude of shorts and a feature documentary, "The Man Behind the Suit: a documentary on Robert DeProspero" about the former Special Agent in Charge of the Reagan administration. His films have been screened at various film festivals including Cannes Film Festival, Phoenix Film Festival, Richmond International Film Festival and more.

In addition to filmmaking, Victor co-founded an Animated Explainer company in 2016 called The Bear's Den Video Services where he creates animated explainer videos for companies around the world.

Victor is currently working on writing his first feature film and his latest short film, "Waffle" is set to release later this year (2020).
